A personalized experience for your whole group!
Groups have a unique bond. Our destinations offer opportunities for a life-changing journey through a shared interest. Common ground can be anything from bird watching to wine tasting, to discovering indigenous cultures on a spiritual level, to… well, you name it! Let’s Talk is able to offer experiences that nurture your travel desires and fuse relationships with those that you share an interest with.
We work with group leaders as you want. Some of our group leaders are very hands-on with their travelers. Some turn everything over to us. Many are somewhere in between. Let’s Talk is flexible to accommodate your style and needs.
Not only do you get to experience your interest with likeminded travelers, but since you have traveled so far we can customize pre and post independent touring. With Let’s Talk you get the best of both Worlds.
Areas of Interest!
New Zealand South Island:
Nelson – artist capitol of NZ. Glassblowers, jewelry makers, painters, the list is long. Plus the quirky World of Wearable Arts calls Nelson home. Have you ever seen a full size toaster dress? - You might here. Or how about an outfit that unfolds into a bicycle. There’s no place on the planet like this. Nelson is also the gateway to Abel Tasman Park – this is the place to hike and kayak whether you can spend a day or several. Here you can unplug from the world and reunite with nature.
Christchurch – the most British city outside of Britain. Punt on the Avon River. Experience the rolling hills of England. Plus enjoy the Re:start mall. A quirky collection of shipping containers turned into a trendy boutique mall. Christchurch boast 1 to 4 ratio of built area to green land. Also here you can almost experience the frozen continent at the International Antarctica Center.
West Coast of South Island – climb on a glacier one day and be bungee jumping the next, followed by an overnight sailing on arguably one of the most beautiful Fjords in the World, Milford Sound. Queenstown is your hub and is the place where adrenaline junkies can get their nature fix.
Dunedin – the most Scottish city outside of Scotland complete with a castle. Here you can also see the yellow eyed penguins and an albatross community.
Rail trips – Two of the best rail rides in the world are day trips on the Southern Island. The Tranz-Costal will take you through rolling hills dotted with sheep. With the Pacific Ocean to one side and the Southern Alps on the other it is a difficult choice which way to look. Many tunnels and even a stop at the WhaleWay Station in the Whaling Village of Kaikoura. The other fantastic rail ride is the Tranz-Alpine, transiting the thin country in half a day with mountain vistas that will linger in your memory forever.
